Am I buying a lot or a house?
Both, together. You choose the lot, the home design, and the construction method; we handle the permit, manufacturing, and construction, and hand the home over at the stage of completion you choose.

How much does a home with a lot cost?
The price depends on the lot, the home, and the construction method together. We give you a written estimate for the combination you choose, with standard or premium interior finishes.

How big are the lots?
The 18 lots in phase one range from 803 to 1056 m², each with its own parcel number. The Lots page shows the size and status of each one.

Can I build a duplex?
Yes: 7 lots open onto two streets, and a duplex can be built on those. The duplex design is the Annabella, with two independent units.

Which construction method should I choose?
The Csenge and the Annabella can be built with SIP, WOLF, or Leier, while the Jázmin and the Levendula are WOLF designs built with WOLF; specs and price levels differ by method. The Csenge and the Annabella can also be ordered in traditional masonry construction.

Can I see the model home?
Yes, by appointment. The Levendula 121, built with the WOLF system, stands fully finished on Petőfi Sándor utca in Csajág; we show you the lots on the same visit.

How long does construction take?
The structure goes up in four to five days, and the exterior is done within three months of signing the contract and making the down payment. Your contract sets the deadline for your home.

What utilities are in place?
Water, sewer, and fiber internet are installed and accepted by the operators. Electricity comes from a temporary supply, which is enough for construction; under the connection agreement with E.ON, the permanent grid will be available from August 27, 2028. The road is under construction.

Is there gas in the park?
No. A heat pump heats and cools each home, so there’s no gas meter and no gas standing charge.
Can the floor plan be changed?
Yes, the interior walls can be adjusted to your needs. We agree the changes with the architect and work them into the design before the permit application.
