Who controls your data
Borsodi Kerítésépítő Kft., listed in the legal notice above, is the data controller.
What we collect and why
We use the name, email address, phone number, topic, and message you enter in the contact form, and, if you tell us, how you heard about us, to answer your inquiry, set up an appointment, let you know when sales open if you ask us to, and see how people find us. We do this based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give when you submit the form and can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry for up to two years after we reply, or until you withdraw your consent. If you sign a contract with us, we keep the related information for as long as accounting and civil law require.
Who we share it with
The form reaches us by email through our hosting provider’s mail system. We don’t share it with third parties for marketing. If you ask for help with financing, we pass your contact details to our financial partner only if you specifically ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to limit how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent, by writing to the email address above. You can also file a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.; naih.hu) or go to court.
